We wrapped up our 2024 auto event calendar with our annual week-long trip Oct 6-13 to Biloxi-Gulfport MS for Cruisin’ the Coast. This was our 17th consecutive year at America’s biggest car cruise! This year’s numbers totaled 9,961 registered vehicles from 44 states, Canada, the UK, and New Zealand! In that “registered” vehicles must be 1989 or older, add another 3 to 5 thousand newer (non-registered) hot rods and sports cars to the mix.
We trailered our ‘75 Corvette down and hung out with our KY neighbors Tony and Karen, who brought their 1969 Owens Corning tribute Corvette (a real crowd pleaser!).
We even managed to sneak away on Thursday evening to nearby Gulfport Dragway to watch some grudge racing action!
It was a great time and the weather was terrific. We plan to return in 2025!
